Welcome to Vixen, lovely! To maintain our high standard of service, we require acceptance of the following policies from our clients:

1. Please come to your appointment with CLEAN and BARE natural lashes - no mascara, eyeliner, foundation residue, strip lash adhesive residue etc. Failure to do so will incur a $20 cleansing fee.
2. Deposits paid to secure appointments are non-refundable.
3. Please ensure you are on-time or early for your appointment. If you are 10 minutes or more late, your appointment will unfortunately be automatically cancelled and no refunds will be provided. 
4. Vixen Lashes has the right to refuse a service.
5. No plus-ones or children are permitted during your appointment due to health and safety. Please understand we are a small studio with limited available space. Our waiting area is allocated for clients waiting for their appointment only.
