AUSTRALIA-WIDE DELIVERY

All orders are shipped within 2 business days via Australia Post.

Express Shipping 1-3 Business Days A$12.95
Standard Shipping 3-6 Business Days A$10.90 | FREE over A$99

 

All orders will be sent via Australia Post's Courier Service. This will be a fully tracked service provided by Australia Post. Tracking details will be in dispatch confirmation emails.

Please note, this is a business-day service. Any orders placed over a weekend will not be dispatched until the following Monday.

If your order has not arrived within the given time frame, please email the support team and we will help to resolve this immediately. 

We cannot accept responsibility for any issues arising during delivery. Please contact your local Australia Post office directly. 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Due to hygiene & safety, Vixen Lashes Pty. Ltd. are not able to provide a refund or exchange for change-of-mind. Once your order has left our facility, the sale is final, unless the item/s is damaged or faulty. 

If you have received a damaged/faulty item, please email our Customer Support team at hello@vixenlashes.com.au with subject: Damage/faulty Goods- Invoice #00000. Please include any information regarding the issue and include photos of the damaged/faulty product. This must be done within 4 days of you receiving the order.

A team member will investigate the order and provide you with information on how to return the item. If deemed faulty, we may ask you to return the item. If this is the case, we will reimburse you for the shipping cost.
